When someone visits your site what kind of behavior they have? From where they come from and how did they find you?

What do you mean?

Analytics are tools that provide us with information about the journey of the visitor, and potential customer, to our site. Through these tools we can know, in every detail, metrics such as the location of the user, how they got to our site and what actions they did (or did not do) while staying on our site.
We can know their age, if they came from a mobile phone and whether they are new customers or returning.
ΤThis data helps us draw conclusions to make our advertising campaigns even more effective and targeted!
What do you mean?

Where do they come from?

The powerful asset of analytics is that it enables us to know where our customers came from. An insight that we couldn't know if we had a physical store.
Did they come to us via Google search or Google Ads? Have they discovered us through a Instastory or a banner on Facebook? Did they type our site directly into the browser's address bar or click on an ad they saw on a news site?

How long?

Another important behavioral element that we can measure is the time spent on our site. Ok, they found us. How much did they stayed? Did they take a few minutes or did they bounce?
And if they didn't do enough, who’s to blame? Is our site outdated? Is the content (images and videos) "heavy" so that our site is slow? Isn't the content attractive enough to make the user stay and explore the rest of the pages?

And what if I have an e-shop?

Then Analytics are a must! In an e-shop, with the help of data collection tools we can analyze the purchases made in our online store, know the amount of revenue and evaluate whether or not the money we invest in advertising is worth it. It's called Return of Advertising Spend (ROAS) and is often an indicator of the effectiveness of an ad campaign.
And what if I have an e-shop?

And how does all this work?

Magically! Google Analytics uses a small piece of code placed on the site that monitors and collects data about visitors to your site. Every move a site visitor makes is recorded and this data is extracted into reports for analysis and evaluation.
In order for the data to be reliable, Analytics must be properly linked to your site. It's a process that you should trust the experts for!
And how does all this work?

Only Google Has Analytics?

Of course not! However, it is the most widely used and reliable data analysis platform. Equally popular is Facebook Analytics that helps us draw inferences about social media ads (facebook and instagram). This way we can monitor how many likes we had this month, we can see the user's age, what time of day they visited us or how many seconds they watched a video. The possibilities are endless!

Don't go blindfolded!

Our goal is to feel safe! Rest assured that your investment is being made to the best of your ability. A proper study of the data allows the advertiser to better target his audience and make the most of the company's budget. It allows us to predict future situations and to avoid possible mistakes. This is achieved through a mix of actions such as data analysis, industry competition research, market trends monitoring and more.
We send you the above metrics in monthly graphical reports, so you don't just see overwhelming numbers and spreadsheets to have a complete picture of your advertising investment!
